  • Return shipping (from customer to MyJewelHouse):

    • For all other returns (such as change of mind, size issue, etc.), customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

All items must be shipped using a trackable courier service. MyJewelHouse is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
